THO INFORMS WORLD FUTURE LEADERS ABOUT ITS ACTIVITIES

THO Executive Vice President Ali Cinar was the speaker of this year's Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities' (YTB) World Future Leaders Conference

Organized by the Prime Ministry of Republic of Turkey, Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), this year’s “Young Leaders Program” brought 43 leaders from 8 different countries together in Turkey. 

The Young Leaders Program, which started in 2013, aims to bring promising young leaders from Turkish heritage background to Turkey to attend a range of activities that are concentrated on community leadership and diaspora dynamics. This year’s leaders were from U.S.A, Germany, Australia, Denmark, France, Netherlands and England. 

After visiting Bursa and Canakkale, the last part of the program took place in Istanbul. THO Executive Vice President Ali Cinar, who was the distinguished guest of the seminars in Istanbul, informed the young leaders about activism in diaspora communities, leadership and THO's activities in Washington, D.C. 

The program is spread over to three years per group and focuses on different activities every year. Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities indicate that the goal of the program is to invite 500 future leaders to Turkey by 2023.
