Daniel Bennett is the director of the Millennium Leadership Program (MLP), the Atlantic Council’s flagship center for identifying and engaging the next generation of global leaders. Building on a fifty-year tradition of future leaders programming at the Council, MLP sets the gold standard for this work in the policy sector. As director, Bennett manages the Millennium Fellowship, MLP’s flagship initiative. He also manages the Council’s veterans program, Take Point, which resides within MLP.
Prior to the Atlantic Council, Bennett worked in Cairo, Egypt coordinating youth outreach and advocacy programs and live broadcast debates. He studied international relations at Tufts University and Arabic at the American University in Cairo.
